Saveurs des Îles is a must when it comes to treating yourself to a bit of freshness between two sessions of farniente in Beau Vallon. Installed here since summer 2023 (and in Victoria's new City Mall - next to the Hindu temple - since 2024), this address offers 5 flavors and certainly the best ice creams on the island. This artisan ice-cream maker has serious credentials, supplying many of the archipelago's 5-star hotels, which have been convinced by the natural products used exclusively. A sweet break not to be missed!
