Lotfi is a Milianese with a passion for Miliana, and has set up a number of tours of his beloved town, including a hike that takes place every November1, in tribute to the 23 young people who perished in a tragic fire on October 31, 1968 on Mount Zaccar after being sent there by the authorities to extinguish the fire with their bare hands... A tragedy that is still little-known in Algeria.
