Inaugurated in 2018, Tizi Ouzou's new Maison de l'Artisanat is located right in the center of town and houses 37 craft stores. The three-storey building is brand-new and very modern. It features a sales area for local crafts: musical instruments, clothing, carpets, decorative objects, pottery... Everything is made according to ancestral and traditional Kabyle know-how. It's the ideal place to meet the craftsmen and buy beautiful, locally-produced Berber souvenirs.
