Le palais de la culture est grand, très grand. Sans doute trop grand quand on constate que la plupart des salles sont vides. Après, ça vaut le détour. Vous n'aurez pas grand chose à perdre, l'entrée est gratuite et il y a une belle vue depuis le dernier étage.
