It's a nice hotel, right next to town, so accessibility is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds have a lot of vegetation, making it very calming. You also get a nice view of Mount Meru on a clear day. Hygiene standards are high, and my room was always clean. They have a lot of photos on the walls and old guest books from over 80 years back when the hotel started. It's really interesting to see the history. The only thing I didn't like is the food, hence the missig star.

What a great hotel with amazing service by all the staff, and the beautifull curated gardens to walk around in. The Food was great,
Very homely feel of a hotel. That made our experience in staying at this hotel perfect.
Thanks to all the staff.

This hotel is truly unique. Being a city hotel but yes having the feel of being out of town. Then also filled with a lot of history. Truly amazing

Good but expensive ????

Personal richtig unfreundlich,

Nice Oasis in Arusha. A quiet place to relax and recharge, good swimming pool and modern gym. Housekeeping did a good job, the check-out in early morning was quite slow for the three us us.
The restaurant was excellent, the wood fire pizza was a great choice and I can definitely recommend it. Thank you, hope to see you soon.

Molto accoglienti i locali comuni in stile coloniale, lussureggiante il giardino con una bella piscina.Purtroppo la nostra camera, un po' datata, dava sulla strada ed era un po' rumorosa. Cena e colazione nella media.

Amazing food, fantastic hospitality. Chef Ravi and his team cook up a lip-smacking meal and it brought us back thrice. The food is tasty, wholesome, served with love in a great ambience. I cancelled my booking at another hotel to stay here after my Kilimanjaro climb and came back to stay here after safaris at Tanzania.

Loved the place for food, people and their rooms. Its a haven in midst of Arusha with hospitable, loving staff that speak good English, have well appointed rooms and reliable facilities.

Here are the reasons i'd choose to stay here again:

A) Chef Ravi and his team are the most engaged and active restaurant staff, personally invested in guest care. They remembered our food preference, spoilt us with customized meals and even packed us lunch box off-the-menu when requested. Our meals were perfect every single time and we came back for more. Especially Indian meals.

B) If you've stayed in Arusha, you know that your shower is at the mercy of electric and water cuts. Not at Four points.

C) We recieved top notch service... my 72 yr old mother was recieved well when she arrived alone, the chef Ravi paid her a personal visit, the staff made her comfortable. Billing, bag pickups and room service was super prompt, always with a smile.

D) The property itself is a beautiful one. We stayed in the garden rooms with a balcony overlooking their lush green gardens.

Four points was the highlight of our stay at Arusha. Look no further, book your stay here. Especially if you like Indian flavourful meals. Pass out love to chef Ravi when you meet him.
