Nous avons été bloqués à l'étranger suite à un vol de papiers d'identité, ce qui nous a empêchés d'arriver le jour de la réservation. Nous avons alors demandé si l'hôtel pouvait reporter notre réservation à la nuit suivante, afin de nous laisser le temps d'arriver. Refus de l'hôtel, qui nous a facturé l'intégralité du séjour en expliquant que la direction "devait bien faire son chiffre".
Au vu de cette absence totale d'intérêt pour le client (il fallait peut-être choisir un autre secteur que l'hôtellerie), je vous conseille de choisir un établissement moins vénal.
Personnel sympathique.
La salle de jeux ne dispose pas d'un système pour la circulation de l'air.
Odeurs désagréables de transpiration.
