Excellent restaurant on the roofs of the wonderful Emerson On Hurumzi hotel, overlooking the old town. One comes to sip a cocktail in front of the setting sun, before focusing one's palate on the unique tasting menu (with several options), a mix of Swahili flavours and spices in 3 or 5 gastronomic dishes, with Persian and Omani influences. The menu is created each evening from seafood and is designed by the chefs. The finesse of the preparations and the sophistication of the dishes are incredible and unique to Stone Town. The whole thing is hearty.

Ideally located on the roof, you can not appreciated the fascinating view (to come early, around the 18:30), while enjoying a menu, a limited, but delicious. Surotut shrimps. Relaxed atmosphere from everyone can sit by ground, around one and mm table! a little squeezed very time when the restaurant fills the tank!
