HILIKI HOUSE
Affordable guest house with an excellent welcome and delicious breakfast in Stone Town.
An affordable guest house with few rooms where you'll feel right at home, and a Francophile to boot. Hiliki House faces a curtain of bougainvillea in the Victoria Garden, in a quiet location at the entrance to the old town. Rooms are cosy (with fan, air-conditioning and safe), furnished with precious wooden antiques and Zanzibari beds, and decorated with style. The less expensive rooms have separate en-suite bathrooms. Lounge with antique carpets and library, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. Excellent welcome from Aboud.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
Humid Air: The atmosphere in the room was uncomfortably humid.
Non-Working AC: The air conditioning unit was non-functional.
Loud Ventilator: The ventilation system was incredibly noisy.
Shower Problems: The water in the shower was stagnating and wouldn't run properly.
Renting a budget hotel doesn't exempt them from providing the services they advertise, such as functioning air conditioning. Disappointing experience overall.
The bad rating is not justified in our opinion. Would go again.
Dommage, le personnel est très sympa, le petit déjeuner est très bien mais la chambre est particulièrement humide, la salle de bain est restée mouillée tout notre séjour.
Peut-être en saison sèche mais pas sûr.
