Typical Zanzibarite house in the heart of the old town with an economic room ideal for small budgets.

This address, which includes a roof top café, is a typical Zanzibari house in the heart of the old town. A handful of rooms with character: antique furniture, four-poster beds, woodwork, panelling, local fabrics, the whole has the charm of the authentic, while having an optimal comfort, but the prices are very high for the standing. As a bonus, there are balconies on the street. An economy room with the bathroom on the landing will suit small budgets. Delicious breakfast with good coffee, which comes from the Utengule farm.

Popped in for a drink, and instantly you can tell it's for the coffee lovers. Will return for food, but great first impression!

Great coffee shop! It seems that the best coffee and ice cream is the most popular drink here. I really enjoyed the cold brew too and was surprised to see it in Zanzibar.

I think we came here 3 times during our 36 hour stay in Zanzibar!

Always greeted with a smile by all the lovely staff. The ladies staffing the top floor especially are amazing! Climb up the narrow stairs and grab yourself a seat there with sweeping views and a breeze.

Excellent ice latte and ice tea.
We really liked the samosa and chutney.
WiFi can be a bit erratic though. Same for the credit card terminal which wouldn’t get the signal.. we ended up paying in cash.

Overall would recommend ????
