Ask for one of the rooms on the seventh floor, which are much more pleasant than the others. The Rooftop Terrace is a popular bar for Cairo's youth, a pleasant address in downtown Cairo. Good food in a pleasant room for a modest price. A good address above the Cairo courthouse, between the train station and the Egyptian Museum.
