This is the former Grand Hyatt, whose owner's alcohol-free policy led to its downfall... And yet, the hotel has breathtaking views of the Nile, especially from Revolving, the panoramic restaurant at the top of the 42 floors. All 716 rooms are air-conditioned and feature minibars and private balconies.
