It is the mythical address of the photographer Lehnert (1878-1948) and his travel companion Landrock, famous for their photographs of the Middle East and Maghreb. These were taken between 1924 and 1930. Modern prints sold in the shop are made according to the original flexible films. The Enseigne is also a bookshop dedicated to Egypt.
