Mosque with a single iwan featuring rooms on the south and west floors, perched with particularly striking windows.
The complex was built in 1304 by Prince el-Din Sangar el-Gaouli and his friend Prince Seif el-Din Salah. This mosque has only one iwan. Pay attention to the south and west floors of the sahn, the rooms with windows are particularly noteworthy. A staircase leads to the two mausoleums of the two princes and friends, whose tombs are each surmounted by a monumental dome. The two friends were thus bound together until their death.
