Museum mainly devoted to the painting of Effat Nagui, a second generation painter, contemporary of the Wanly brothers, and her husband, the sculptor Saad el-Khadem. Her drawings and paintings convey her fascination for the legends and tales of Egyptian society. In the villa, where their very expressive and colourful works are exhibited, there is also the couple's library, which is rich in numerous thesis manuscripts. The museum regularly organizes cultural evenings.
