At the foot of the slopes, you'll find yourself in front of a menu of regional flavours mastered by chef Sébastien Defrance: pounti, salmon papillote, pear and fourme d'Ambert, pike-perch in Cantal crust or beef steak with Auvergne blue cheese leave no doubt as to your destination. You are in Auvergne, it's up to you! On Wednesdays, we allow ourselves a little trip to another mountainous region with the raclette evening. Nothing better to end a day spent in the great outdoors and regain your strength! In a mountain setting, enhanced by a large fireplace, you will appreciate the warmth of the wooden furniture and the view outside.

Petit point négatif sur la piscine
The last year RAS impeccable cuisine except small mistake on the touch .ça can arrive.
For Christmas 2010. A warm welcome a waitress very professional service, but a daltonic chef who do not know what is a meat tender, blue, bleeding or point... There is no regional meat?. Only the dog enjoy, between the tables or inedible edge was served. Not to mention the rest of the served menu, time was taken into consideration to reach the toilets our hotel. This excluding as by a new mistake on the bill, has our inconvenience of course.
This price landscape? prohibitory...
I would avoid it in the future .....
