In a former Habsburg-style villa, just a stone's throw from the market, a renowned restaurant in Pula. Chic bistro atmosphere with live music and good regional cuisine. Service in the morning, local cheese/cheese antipasti, vegetable soup, squid salad with fuzi (Istrian pasta), gnocchi with white truffle sauce, ravioli stuffed with smoked ham and white/cheese sauce, vegan dishes. Excellent Istrian wine list. Reservations recommended! In winter, the Kantina is closed, and the establishment refocuses on its café lounge.
