Izvrsna usluga, ljubaznost osoblja, vrlo čisto i uredno, odlična i raznovrsna hrana te je vidljivo da se osim u ponudu i izgled samog hotela dosta ulaže i u cjelokupni dojam same lokacije i destinacije. Jedino je primjetno da je na nekim stvarima vidljiv protok vremena te zahtijevaju određenu renovaciju.
Ovo nije naš prvi posjet hotelu te se svakako planiramo vratiti.

One of the most beautiful hotels I had been in. Location, view, rooms, breakfast are just amazing. The terrace is the best part of already amazing room. Will come back, for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in April and enjoyed every minute of it. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but the great spa area and sport facilities made up for that. One downside was the limited number of beds in the spa area. It would be nice to have more beds to relax there. On the only sunny day we could also enjoy the sunbeds outside. The Hotel is very well located for nice walks during the day and the room that we had this time was amazing. It was our second stay and after having some noise troubles during our first stay, that wasn't an issue anymore.<
I want to highlight the helpful and very welcoming staff members. And I want to say a special thank you to Dragana who supported us during the booking process and throughout our whole stay. Thank you for that, we really appreciated it and we are looking forward to our next stay!

Hotel koji je ispunio moja ocekivanja.
Ljubazno osoblje na recepciji,u restoranu, welnesu...
Sobe ciste i uredjene s ukusom.
Dorucak i vecera izuzetno ukusni i raznovrsni.
Mogu udovoljiti svacijem ukusu.
Suma oko hotela veoma lepa.
Mozda bih jedino napomenula da nabave udobnije jastuke za spavanje.

Već drugi put boravimo u hotelu Lone i jednako smo oduševljeni kao i prvi put.
Izuzetno smo zadovoljni urednošću svih prostora hotela, izvrsnom gastro ponudom te ljubaznošću cjelokupnog osoblja, a naročito srdačnošću gospođe Selme koja je iskrenom ljubaznošću doprinijela da se osjećamo kao kod kuće te se veselimo ponovnom dolasku!
Iskustveno uspoređujući ovaj hotel s drugim ponuđačima iste kategorije, usuđujemo ga se istaknuti kao vodećeg.

Čudovit hotel z okolico, urejene sprehajalne poti ob morju, precej zelenih površin ob hotelu, zelo primeren, da vzamete s sabo tudi hišnega ljubljenčka. Lep razgled iz sobe, odlična hrana in dobre wellnes storitve, predvsem počivalnica v sklopu savne, čist hotel in sobe, prijazno osebje.

Wir kommen seit Jahren ins Lone! Wir lieben das Hotel grundsätzlich! Leider hat der Standard zum doch sehr hohen Preis stark nachgelassen!

Sehr viele Gäste und das Niveau dieser ist leider nicht immer 5 Stern würdig.

Frühstücksbuffet zu überlaufen. Zu wenig Plätze! Obst nicht reif.

Wellness: es sind so gut wie immer alle Liegen besetzt! Für ein Zimmer wie die Bay Suite sollten Liegen vor reserviert sein!

Scooter oder Räder zum Ausborgen sollte es geben!

Zimmer sollten renoviert werden! Teilweise schon sehr abgewohnt!

Teppichboden in den Gängen sind teilweise sehr verschmutzt!

Bitte das Haus unbedingt wieder ein wenig auf Vordermann bringen…

Čudovit hotel, v katerem se tudi po zaslugi osebja, predvsem prijaznosti ga. Dragane, počutimo kot doma.

Fenomenalan hotel, usluga i ambijent... toplo preporučujem ako se nalazite u Rovinju, LONE....

Sobe luksuzne, uredne, cijeli hotel je jedan drugačiji doživljaj - dizajnerski hotel koji ima dušu...

The location and the rooms are perfect. However, some issues need improvement. Inside swimming pool is bad for swimming, it is like a big jacuzzi bathtube. The breakfast was fabulous, wereas the dinner options are scarce. I don´t like japanese food, so only one restaurant remains. I do not eat burgers and drink beer, so there remains only a choice of two weird salads and four main dishes. One of them, namely pasta with lobster, was poor, the pasta was undercooked, the lobster was tastless and chewy like gum. Next day I opted for a beefsteak and it was not oustanding. So, food should be definitely improved.
