SAINT-MARTIN CHURCH
Church in the historical center in Vrsar with a very good Italian neobaroque style.
Facing the sea and the present-day port, this church is not ancient, but it is quite remarkable from the outside and contributes greatly to the charm of discovering the historic center of Vrsar, especially when approached from the sea. On an elevated site already occupied by the Romans, the church was built at the end of the 19th century, in a fine Italian neo-Baroque style. With its pale yellow facade and unobstructed campanile, it lends a haughty, picturesque silhouette to the old town.
