The formula here is all vegetable and gourmet. On generous plates, the yellow of polenta or whole peppers contrasts with the green of broccoli, guacamole or blitva - the olive-oil crushed potato and chard or other green sprouts - typical of Croatian cuisine. Golden seed cakes with tomatoes, mixed legumes, minestrone, pasta with Istrian truffles, white or black rice and more. So many beautiful chromatic tones and good natural flavors. Good desserts too.

Otišla sam na večeru s prijateljicom koja je veganka u ovaj restaurant s mišljenjem da ću doma ići gladna, budući da sam mesojed koji ne voli previše povrća, medjutim, oduševila sam se (i šokirala) zajedno s prijateljicom, kada sam se toliko najela! Sojini medaljoni su sočni, seitan perfektan (prvi put probala seitan). Sve pohvale za hranu (jele smo vege platu, tople preporuke svima da probaju) te ljubazno osoblje! :)

... ich versuche mich in Zurückhaltung : es war exorbitant exzellent lecker....!! Sowohl die Optik der angerichteten Teller, das Dressing zum Istrischen Salat, die Soßen und Gewürze sowie die freundliche Bedienung in einer herrlich lockeren Atmosphäre haben den Besuch hier zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht.
So (!!!) geht vegetarisch... meine Kinder werden im Übrigen noch lange von den Pfannkuchen träumen, die sie mit Eis und mit Erdbeermarmelade gegessen haben...
Unfassbar lecker.. Danke.....!!

Ein kleiner Hinweis zusätzlich, weil inzwischen eher ungewöhnlich : es wird keine Kartenzahlung, sondern nur Ca$h akzeptiert....
