This villa was built in 1910 to house the sanatorium of Doctor Eder, one of the founders of thalassotherapy in Lovran. Since then, it has become a luxury hotel, with about fifteen rooms in classic bourgeois style and modern comfort (free wifi connection, air conditioning, minibar), some with balcony. A lounge bar, a large dining room for breakfasts, a games room with billiards, wellness equipment. If possible, ask for a room high up for the sea view but also to avoid road noise.

Als Tagungshotel sehr gut, kenne aber nicht die Zimmer. Poolbillard gibt es im Keller, Lage sehr zentral und Strand ist nur 150 m entfernt.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal überaus freundlichen.
Im Hotel ist man sehr Hundelieb und wenn man auf der Terrasse frühstückt, kann der Hund mit.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Service en hygiëne waren top! Al het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, mijn complimenten! Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Massage is ook een aanrader. De luxe 2 persoonskamer is zeer ruim. Bedankt, wij voelden ons welkom.

The hotel staff was so charming. They create a home away from home feel. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. And the location is perfect - right near a public beach and beach bar and walking distance from the old town and seafood restaurant. This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing laidback stay, within walking distance of beaches and driving distance of other beautiful Croatian coastal towns and national parks in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Veramente 5 stelle meritate , pulizia eccellente, colazione per tutti i gusti e sempre fresca, posizione in pochissimi minuti sei sulla spiaggia (le classiche banchine della Croazia) mare pulito e staff veramente sopra le righe, piccola vacanza passata splendidamente .
