Hotelsko osoblje ,konobari i sobarice, uslužni i prijazni.
Ako uzmemo u obzir da je ovo prostor bivšeg samostana, sam doživljaj objekta ide u tom smjeru. Nema luksuza, al je dostojanstveno. Mana je higijena objekta koja osim hotelskog restorana i posteljine u sobi i nije na zavidnom nivou. Sve u svemu s obzirom na kategoriju hotela, više se ne može ni očekivati.

Minus je (Parking.Internet.Kreveti škripe.Cjela soba je ne adekvatno održavana npr prašina kamenac na svakoj pipi linije od nečega po kadi.Dorucak mali izbor.Cjena je malo visoka.
