Das neue Menü im neuen Jahr mit Matija, dem neuen alten Küchenchef, ist wirklich hervorragend! Sehr zu empfehlen. Und das Team wie immer top.

Stayed here for three nights with my wife and daughter. The hotel is a little isolated but makes up for it with the stunning views. The check in process was quick, the rooms are well appointed, and views unbeatable. Breakfast is also great.

The wines here are absolutely stunning.

We had dinner twice at the Tavern and did the tasting menu the last night. The tavern was incredible, with the chef Rajko cranking out amazing food and great conversation. He makes the most incredible lamb I’ve ever tasted. Our waiter was knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to as well.

Special shout out to Massimo. After two weeks in Croatia touring wineries and food destinations, he was hands down the most knowledgeable sommelier and amazing person all around.

The tasting menu started a little flat but as the plates progressed, it became more and more interesting. Would recommend!

Ručali smo u konobi Boškinac međutim ostali smo malo razočarani. Hrana i usluga su bili prosječni. Za te novce očekivali smo puno više. Eksterijer prekrasan, ali izgled podruma ispod očekivanja.

The 5-course menu at the restaurant was incredible. Every dish was technically impeccable, with a nod to a local ingredient and most importantly, delicious. Starting with the champagne method sparkling, theough to the macerated Gegić or the light, but flavourful Lasina from the Šibenik hinterland, the Boškinac wine pairing worked great with the food. My favourite dishes were the amberjack, the wild fennel palate cleanser and the squid raviolo. Thank you for a beautiful evening! I’m excited to see what you do next season.

They did not want to serve us just drinks at 20:30 (still kind of a summer season), despite being half empty if not more. They said bar is not working, and it only works in the morning or till 20h (if we understood that part correctly).

This is not marked anywhere online or on the website and they are pretty remote.

Not to mention it appears for every restaurant/bar we will need to give a call to check if we can eat/drink and 30 deg outside, meaning you still swim after 7 pm. Makes no sense for a hotel.

FYI: every year we come for drinks, food and wine shop.
For two years in a row we got the exact same course for vegan menu, few cherry tomatoes with basil oil which is not in any way acceptable for Micheline star restaurants.

Yesterday's "bar is closed because" we are saving money and we are half empty was a last straw.

Dosli smo po preporuci ali smo se jako razocarali. Predjelo je bilo jako fino ali glavno jelo grozno. Narucili smo skampe na buzaru a dobili smo skampe prelivene pasatom. Dvije minute prije serviranja vidjela sam konobara kako nosi bocu salse/pasate i daje kuharu. Mislim si pa nije valjda da ce sada dodavati salsu u nasu buzaru. Pa zar oni ne znaju kuhati buzaru? Naravno da je bilo tako…strasno!!! Nije se moglo jesti pa smo zamolili konobara bez puno pome a zasluzili su da se dignemo sa stola j napustimo objekt, da nam ispere skampe i stavi kratko na rostilj pa cemo ih tako pojesti sto je i ucinio. Na kraju su nam sve to i naplatili, skampe na zaru…i spagete i buzaru koje btw nismo niti takli nego odmah vratili jer nije bilo jestivo. Nismo se vise htjeli buniti, platili smo i ostavili mancu konobaru koji je bio ljubazan ali sigurno da nikome necemo preporuciti a niti cemo se vise ikada vratiti.

Sehr schönes Hotel und Restaurant, ist etwas teurer,ist das Geld aber wert. Tische muss frühzeitig reserviert werden was natürlich für sich spricht.

We stayed in Boskinac as a couple with a dog. Our stay was perfect, the scenery is like a dream come true. This wasn’t a hotel but a beautiful villa with its own park, facities, winery, ect. The staff was great, everyone was kind and thoughtful. We would recommend it 10/10, and surely come back. The food was amazing, the rooms are huge and incredible. Amazing place, thank you!

Večera u restoranu bila je odlična. Odlučili smo se za meni 8 slijedova. Predivno servirani slijedovi, razni neobični intenzivni okusi, profesionalna i ugodna usluga. Atmosfera je bila za 10.

What a disappointment! I can only agree with the other comments about the restaurant - the stars are for the great location and the wine. In our case the service was also good. But this couldn’t compensate the bad experience with the food - overpriced and low quality. The octopus was like a chewing gum, the risotto too crispy and the cake was only average. It is really pity to offer such a low standards in such a great location.

Wir waren sowohl im Michelin Restaurant als auch in der Konoba.

Beides unterschiedlich, aber jeweils ausgezeichnet.

Das Michelin Restaurant hat einen wirklich erstklassigen Service und auch ein wirklich tolles Geschmackserlebnis. Preis Leistung auf diesem Niveau mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Die Konoba hat unsere Erwartungshaltung ebenfalls mehr als getroffen.

Ručak u konobi Boškinac je ispao lagano razočaravajući. Reputacija i ocjene su sugerirale iznadprosječan doživljaj i razinu usluge, ali neuigrana posluga i niz propusta su pokvarili dojam koji ostavlja predivna lokacija i ambijent. Za stolom su nam se izmijenila tri konobara, prvi je pred gostima iz nekog razloga dobio jezikovu juhu od kuhara, naručeno vino nisam dočekao, samo jedan kolač je bio u ponudi za desert (za bogatiju ponudu su nas uputili u hotelski bar?!?), kavu nismo mogli dobiti zbog tehničkih problema. Janjetina ispod peke je iznimno ukusna, izvrsno pečena, ali malčice presoljena.
