On the road to the beach at Bačvice, this fish and seafood restaurant has always offered cheap local dishes in an old-fashioned Dalmatian atmosphere that tourists love. You can sit out on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees, or in the superb hall, which will take you back in time and experience the Split of yesteryear alongside the locals. Warm welcome that makes you feel at ease right away. Good wine list and good desserts as well.

Trafiliśmy tu z polecenia Pana Roberta Makłowicza! Było smacznie, nietypowo, bardzo przyjemnie. Spróbowaliśmy trzech różnych dań (karta bardzo mała!) i każde miało swoj niepowtarzalny smak! Ośmiornica była przepyszna (miękka a zarazem sprężysta), cielęcina bardzo mięciutka a wołowina wytrawna! Ceny bardzo przystępne! Jeśli wrócimy do Splitu to wrócimy również tu! Polecam

Traditional food with great swift service. Chose from 9 traditional dishes and shown by the waiter what others were eating to help us choose. Ate outside, traditional checked table cloth and cheap draft beer. Surrounded by happy locals. We had shrimp risotto and cuttlefish with broad beans. Very black sauce from the ink but delicious. Highly recommended for a real taste of Dalmatian traditional food

Lugar típico croata, camarero peculiar, precios adecuados, decoracion entre vintage y grotesca, parece la casa de mi abuela hace 30 años si tuviese Diogenes. Un must see en Split.
