On the road to the beach at Bačvice, this fish and seafood restaurant has always offered cheap local dishes in an old-fashioned Dalmatian atmosphere that tourists love. You can sit out on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees, or in the superb hall, which will take you back in time and experience the Split of yesteryear alongside the locals. Warm welcome that makes you feel at ease right away. Good wine list and good desserts as well.

Pojechaliśmy do Splitu i po intensywnym dniu zwiedzania chcieliśmy odwiedzić oštarije - kilka lat temu polecaną przez p. Roberta. Niestety nie było nam dane. Przed wejściem wielkie zachęcające cenowo menu, bardzo różnorodne. Już wybraliśmy Dania które nas zainteresowały, wchodzimy do środka a Pani po Chorwacku zaprasza nas do ogrodu zewnetrznego po drugiej stronie uliczki, szkoda gdyż środek skrywa dużo historii - dodam tylko że nie było żadnych gości w środku. Ogródek letni jest bardzo zaniedbany, tylko dwa stoły miały na sobie obrusy, jeden był nieposprzątany, a drugi miał dość zmęczony, miejscami brudny obrus. Siedzenia również zmęczone z wystającą gąbką. Po chwili przyszedł „kelner” dosłownie w podkoszulku z kartką A4 na której było 7 pozycji bez cen z czego wskazał palcem tylko 4 które są dostępne. 4 pozycje na tak wielkie menu… Podziękowaliśmy.

Większość dań z karty jest niedostępna. Miły kelner przedstawia dostępność potaw. Jedzenie smaczne, porcje jak na dorosłego mężczyznę zbyt małe. Bardzo dobre wino oraz lokalny deser.
Niestety miejsce dość zaniedbane.
