As for the kitchen, everything takes place in an open room. The pizzaiolos work with a well aerated dough, soft on the outside and thin on the inside. The toppings are generous, often with melting burrata, pancetta, tomatoes, peppers, corn and green shoots. Vegetarian pizza as well and even a fig, goat cheese and walnut pizza.
