Municipal museum to the north-east of the Diocletian's Palace with a permanent collection of objects from the 12th to the 13th century.
To the north-east of the Diocletian Palace, the municipal museum has been housed since 1946 in a house built in the 15th century by the famous builder George the Dalmatian and his workers. First admire the gate, the loggia, the large hall on the 1st floor, the wooden ceiling. The permanent collection of objects traces the period from the 12th to the 14th century, when the city of Split printed its own seals and stamps. In the armoury room, objects from the 15th and 17th centuries.
