Stayed at the Aquarius for 5 days while dealing with a major emergency. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. The young lady that met us on arrival went over and above to manage our slightly complicated needs and the amazing Stepan made sure we were comfortable at all times. It was like a family environment. Well done team Aquarius.......oh and so well located with the best pool.

Construccion que fué elegante.convertido en hotel con habitaciones limpias. Mal desayuno y el pobre recepcionista en gran parte del dia debió atender todooo .Fue tecnico de Tv; barman y hasta se ocupaba de lo atinente a la pis ina. Ahorran en personal DEFINITIVAMENTE.

EDIT: This hotel accepted an stolen credit card number and charged a room on it!!
Bad receptionist. He was very rude and not friendly. He didn't help me even when I said it was an emergency. And he even hung out the phone on me.

Hotel inutile ,per posto inutile dove i turisti stranamente non sono bene accetti soprattutto italiani .Non consigliato ????

Personnel accueillant et agréable. Les chambres sont grandes, climatisées et avec un balcon.
La piscine est très agréable et bien moins surchargée que la petite plage à proximité.
Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui continental (pain, viennoiseries, yaourt, oeuf et bacon, saucisse, jus, etc) mais je ne le trouve pas exceptionnel.
Un parking gratuit est à disposition ce qui est un plus.

Hotel cercano a la playa (pequeña, abarrotada y de piedras como en casi toda Croacia) y a un paseo lleno de restaurantes (caros en cuanto a calidad-precio, como en todo Dubrovnik), con una piscina nueva, pequeña pero agradable (lo mejor del hotel). Aunque se encuentra a unos 45 minutos andando del casco antiguo, está a 3 minutos de la parada del bus 6 que te deja en la entrada de las murallas.
Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y necesita renovación de las habitaciones. La habitación triple espaciosa, consta de dormitorio con cama grande y cómoda, y un salón con sofá cama (colchón súper delgado) o una supletoria, que es lo que pedí yo. El baño es pequeño. Moqueta en la habitación como en otros hoteles de Croacia, aunque sean de playa. La limpieza de la habitación debería mejorar.
El desayuno bastante escaso y no muy buena calidad.
La chica y los chicos de recepción encantadores.

Parkplatz hinterm Hotel. Schöner Pool nach der Stadtbesichtigung. 5 Minuten bis zum Nahverkehr. Tagsüber Snacks möglich. Abendessen außerhalb.

El lugar es súper cuidado y con estilo.uy crrca de la.playa Uvalá. Eso está bueno. El jardín maravilloso. El desayuno bueno. Lo mas importante a destacar es la amabilidad del personal del.desk..
