Perfect location to explore the Old Town! Lively location right on the center. Staff were very kind and provided great recommendations for things to do nearby and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights/4 days. Brilliant hotel, with very friendly staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms, that are serviced twice each day. Free wifi in the hotel

Great restaurant and delicious food. We had breakfast in the hotel every day. We ate in the hotel on two nights and ate out on the other.

Great location for seeing all the sights of the Old Town, and a short ferry trip to Lokrum island.

What a treat to start our time in Croatia at the Pucic Palace with Sanja and her colleagues! We were well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent location adjacent to the daily market with outdoor patio seating.

Service is amazing with transportation arranged on arrival and assistance with bags from the entrance to the walled city. Location is at the heart of everything. 100 percent worth the cost

If you come to Dbrovnick, it's worth the effort to stay in the magical old town. In the old town, there's no better place than The Pucic Palace. Incredible!

The hotel does not deserve its five stars and was not worth the high price that we paid (over USD 700 per night). To start with the proverbial sandwich I would note that the the breakfasts were okay and the front desk (especially Sanja) tried extremely hard to make up for the problems we raised, but ultimately we experienced far too many issues to give the hotel a good review:

The front desk went to great lengths to say what a great room we had because it was on a corner and had a balcony. Even though the balcony had a small table and two chairs you could not use them because they were covered in pigeon droppings that had clearly been there for quite some time. A hotel promoting its balcony room should keep it clean.

The shower flooded the bathroom repeatedly. We are talking water almost flowing out of the bathroom flooding, which would have happened had we not put all the towels on the floor to stem the tide. We told the hotel about that on arrival yet 2 days later nothing had changed. Looking back at other reviews this appears to be a long standing problem that has not been resolved. A five star hotel would not let that situation continue and would simply not let guests into that room until the issue is resolved.

We received a bottle of water when we first arrived, but after that we were no doubt expected to purchase the water from the mini bar. Really? From a five star hotel?

We repeatedly had to tell the front desk that the service people had not replenished the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. How is that not part of the morning room tidy up?

When we arrived the safe was open in a locked position, making it unusable for the day. How can a five star hotel hand over a room without checking these details?

We returned one day to the room to find that the service people had tidied the room but not locked it afterwards. Anyone pushing on the door would have been able to enter. How do service people not know that our door needed to be locked with a key?

The hotel offered a premium airport pickup that was twice the price of an Uber (Eur 60 vs 30).

So sorry not to sing the praises of this hotel as others have, but we were severely disappointed by it.

We had a wonderful week at the hotel. Can't say enough about the staff! The location is about as central to Old Town as it gets. The restaurant is a great way to start and end each day. Highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful stay here. The location is central within Old Town and offers great walkability to everywhere in and near Old Town. Boris and the guys in the restaurant are awesome. As are Sonja, Andrew, and everyone at the desk. Clean. Comfortable. Extremely helpful.

Great little hotel in the heart of old town

Soba odiše starinom uz ustajali zrak, kupaonica dotrajala potrebna obnova. Večera i doručak savršeni. Usluga dobra, osoblje ljubazno. Možda opet svratimo...

Top notch service from a team of people who are there to help at all times.
We arrived very late at night and left also in the middle of the night and the staff was there to help us.
Their service is simply amazing - from the cleaning lady to the manager - all of them make you feel special and welcomed

Their location is unbeatable in the city!

Their restaurant is also really good and great service
