Opening in 2021 in the Središće district, this restaurant (ex-Food Division) could appeal to the international public visiting the Museum of Contemporary Art just across the street. Beautiful minimalist-style dining room but, too bad, no terrace. Inspired by Japanese cuisine, dishes are served in black bowls, plates and trays. The menu is concise: beef tartare, savory dips, grilled meat or fish accompanied by Indian bread(naan) or savory waffles, Asian noodles, tempeh tofu, sushi, vegetarian bowls. You name it, we've got it.

Wanted to like it, but I didn't.
It might be that sushi is what this place is all about, but I tried 4 other dishes here and didn't like a single one.
I am really sorry I have to write this, but I'd love to have more authentic Asian food in Zagreb - as long as it tastes the part - Chopstix has way to go.
I've literally added soy sauce off the table, meant for sushi, to add taste to one of the dishes.
Also, menu is pork heavy, not enough variety for someone not eating pork or raw fish.

Ranije u danu smo napravili rezervaciju stola, što bi bilo poželjno. Rezervirali smo za 19 sati, Restoran je bio relativno prazan, no do 20 je već bio poprilično popunjen, tako da svakako preporučam rezervaciju.
Konobarica je bila jako ljubazna i susretljiva, a hrana je dosta brzo dolazila na stol. Uzeli smo dva hladna i jedno toplo predjelo koji su došli na stol dosta brzo. Ne znam je li to bilo jer u tom trenutku nije bilo puno gostiju ili je kuhinja jednostavno brza, ali i kada su nam na red došla glavna jela i desert i broj gostiju se značajno povećao jela su i dalje brzo stizala na stol.
Za glavna jela smo uzeli spicy tuna matata bowl, veliki tonkotsu ramen i salmon kuwayaki. Sve pohvale za sva jela, tuna matata je bila svježa i ljutkasta sa pregršt priloga na podlozi od riže, ramen (za sada) okusom najbolji koji smo probali u Zagrebu i losos kuwayaki u prefinom slatko ljepljivom umaku, skroz novo iskustvo.
Završili smo sa lava cakeom i kuglicom sladoleda što je baš lijepo zaokružilo priču. Nismo baš inače od deserta i čokolade općenito, ali ovaj lava cake je bio baš šećer na kraju. I opaska nije ga nužno naručiti unaprijed, dosta brzo dolazi na stol.
Sa tri predjela, tri glavna jela i tri deserta, te nekoliko bezalkoholnih pića ( gazirana voda i sokovi, te kave) cijena je bila nešto manje od 50€ / osobi.
