AGHIAS TRIADA CHURCH
Church with two white marble bell towers classified as a historical monument for its architecture.
This imposing Parian marble edifice, built in the first half of the 19th century, dominates the entire village of Lefkes. The second largest church on Paros by size, it is dedicated to the Holy Trinity (Αγία Τριάδα) and was completed in 1835. It's well worth a stop, as it boasts two white marble bell towers, and thanks to its exemplary architecture, it's even a listed monument. Once there, walk around it to discover a superb terraced cemetery where marble tombstones tumble down to the coastal plain.
