In a former factory, SAF first of all offers a museum that allows visitors to travel back in time to discover the island's industrial past through the cultivation of tomatoes, Santorini's specialty. You will discover old machinery, botanical and commercial documentation. In addition, SAF is a cultural place, which hosts performances and exhibitions throughout the summer: theatre, music, dance, photography and all kinds of other arts, created by Greek artists. There are also visual arts workshops taking place there.
