Above the Letná park, away from the tourist areas, you may find it easier to find a place in this very nice spa located in the basement. It offers beer baths, massages and relaxation rooms, but there is a little extra that will certainly seduce the French: here you can opt for a treatment not with beer, but with wine. It's a brand new thing, there is only one in France, in Bordeaux, that's for sure!
