Renewed during the renovation of the hotel, the restaurant modernised its furniture, retaining a large part of its traditional framework and, above all, reviewing its map which, while respecting Czech gastronomic traditions and the direction of the establishment towards hunting and game, was able to give back to the taste of the day the recipes that made the restaurant successful. High budget, but service and kitchen at the height.
