SaSaZu is first and foremost a concept: a former warehouse in the Prague market, in the northern district of Holešovice, converted into a high-end Asian restaurant and megaclub. This alone explains the gentrification of the district. Then there's the cuisine. Rather, five cuisines and cooking methods imported from the four corners of Asia: sambal, otak otak, wok, roti and Thai. It's delicious and particularly authentic for Prague. Last but not least, SaSaZu is a unique place: a classy Asian decor and a fine cocktail menu.
