The benchmark for vegetarian restaurants in central Prague, tucked away in a little alleyway behind Our Lady of the Týn. The menu oscillates between Mexican- and Asian-influenced dishes, but the menu is regularly revised according to the season and new arrivals, often organic. The soup of the day is always a good choice, as are the quesadillas, burritos or (not "the") roast goat's cheese. It's always fragrant, gourmet and generous. A very good address in the heart of the Old Town, from which even carnivores will leave satisfied.
