Najväčšie zásluhy, ktoré spríjemňujú pobyt zohráva milý personál na recepcii a najmä obsluha na raňajkách. Chválim dievčatá Hanku, Zuzanu a Martinu, ktoré vykonávajú svoju prácu naozaj profesionálne a vždy ich vystupovanie človeku spríjemní deň.
Obsluha v bare už je iná kapitola. Pokiaľ je v službe Katka všetko je v poriadku jej priateľské a profesionálne vystupovanie ešte viac spríjemňuje pobyt. Vždy sa rad zastavím na večeru, ale len pokiaľ je v službe Katka.
Avšak pokiaľ je v službe barman, ktorý často pripočíta pivo alebo iné nápoje naviac k účtu. Je otravný a snaží sa vnútiť hosťom špeciálne nápoje aj po upozornení, že nemáte záujem je v takomto hotely neprípustné. A narúša to celkový dojem z pobytu

Friendly and very helpful staff both on the reception as well as at the bar/restaurant.
The hotel's restaurant has local delicious dishes, Czech beer and broad selection for the breakfast buffet. The waiters do an amazing job taking care of the customers with helpful tips and casual conversations.
