The rooms are as basic as it gets and you never know which room you’ll be given. For my birthday trip I booked a king room well ahead of time and expecting at least some kind of view. I was given a two twin room that is smaller than my spare bedroom at home, view of a neighboring wall, and not a plugin in site other than the one in the bathroom. My feet hang over the bed, which is surrounded by a wood box, so incredibly uncomfortable on the feet.
The poor receptionist already had one irate customer at her desk when I arrived to ask about the room I was supposed to have. Spend the money and go elsewhere for a better experience!
In reading other reviews it appears this happens often where you are given a 2 twin room even when booking a king room. The beds don’t even have proper sheets on them. You’re either laying on a mattress pad or just the comforter with no sheet between. Found a gem of a spot just a few doors down called U Prince. Same great location, way nicer facilities and rooms! Asking for a refund and moving there!
hotel, because the employee
with badge "mozart hotel" (why?
there isn't mozart hotel, there is
mozart cafe near by) will pick on
you and explain that the sidewalk
belongs to the hotel or smth like
this. You can't stay near or walk.
The employee threatens to use
force against you and call
security when you just stay near
or walk away near. So l really
have no desire to stay in this
hotel with this kind of disrespect
service. Especially after reading
