I would have to say one of the best services I have had at a hotel. The cafe breakfast is really good and the dinner is better. The concierge gave great dinner recommendations. David from the front desk gave me a great recommendation for sushi. Manager Dominik also helped me get my situation fixed when the lift broke down. Overall great experience and very friendly staff. You could say it’s in the heart of Prague. If you’re visiting a must to stay just for their service.

This hotel is godly. I love it in every shape and form, from the way it looks to the way it feels—it just exudes the charm of a 1920s hotel. It's beautiful in every aspect, from the rooms and hallways to the restaurant; everything is simply perfect. I highly recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

Superbly positioned....5 min walk to old town Prague, and maybe 10 mins to Wencelsas strip. The hotel is beautiful, the 1920s architecture is stunning. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Breakfast is somewhat frantic with customers arriving from the street and queuing in the buffet area where you are trying to get your food, and maybe a slighter larger plate for breakfast, a tea plate is not sufficient. Other than that a delight to be here.

Hotel is beautiful. Well maintained. Toilet n bathroom is separate n very clean.
Breakfast is great.
Beds are comfortable. There is coffee n tea facilities. Have hair dryer, robes and a safe.

Super recommend! Wow check in was so smooth, prime location literally 3 min walk from the mall, hotel is so nice the bed is so comfortable, there’s also mini bar in the room, big shampoo and conditioner which I really loved. I love when they put the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
The design of the room is perfect they thought about every little detail.

We have stayed here several times over the years and always find it to be a lovely place to stay.We stayed for 3 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary last week. The room was clean and the bathroom looked new.The staff are always excellent and very helpful. The bar is cosy, and the limousine service is great.As others say, the food did not disappoint and will definitely return .The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing .The turn down service at evening time was lovely

WOW, WOW, WOW! What an incredible Hotel, I am a huge fan of architecture, especially of the art deco variety. I have travelled extensively and I have to say this is tge best hotel I have stayed in. All of the staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money too. I am planning to re-visit Prague at Christmas and I will definitely be staying here. Well done to everyone at the hotel. Xxxxx

The location of the hotel is perfect: nearby a number of tram stops, a metro line stop (B Line - Naměstí republiky), a taxi stand, a shopping mall (Palladium), you have all the comfort for getting around the Golden Prague and shop for necessities. The major sights of Prague are either in walking distance (Obecný dům, Staroměstské náměstí etc.) or you hop on a tram/metro.
The hotel is in a wonderful building, the story of which is a short course on Czech history: just read its website. The hotel restaurant is run by a starred Czech cook so please do not forget to book in advance. Even if you miss out, your breakfast is in the same premises: a unique ceramic tiled spacious room with a high ceiling.
As the name of the hotel indicates - it's all in art deco. A treat for an eye simply.
Our room was spacious, and it's cleanliness impeccable. The service was perfect, including the evening bed preparation and a chocolate on your pillows.
The people at the reception and waitresses in the restaurant were friendly and professional. On request, you can have Eggs Benedict or Omelette.
Check out time was noon, which was very generous.
The only minus was that even the first bottle of mineral water at room was not complimentary, and you have to pay for it.
Still, as they inform you on a card in the hotel, it's safe to drink the tap water.
To sum it up: a fantastic experience. We'll gladly come back.

Es gab keinen Service außer das tägliche Bett machen und Handtücher. Unser Gepäck wurde nichts aufs Zimmer gebracht, wir wurde bei Check out auch nicht gefragt wie wir unseren Aufenthalt fanden und das tägliche Grüßen fehlte. Im Zimmer herrschte trotz Klimaanlage schwankende Temperaturen, sodass man oft schwitzend in der Nacht aufgewacht ist. Das Fitnessstudio ist klein und besitzt nur Hantel bis 10 kg aber die Zielgruppe dieses Hotels geht da wahrscheinlich sowieso nicht hin. Das einzige schöne am Zimmer war das Badezimmer. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das dies ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist und würde nicht nochmal ein Zimmer buchen.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα. Καθαροί χώροι. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.
Μέτριο ποιοτικά όμως το πρωινό αν και έχει ποικιλία. Επίσης έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ αλλά δεν μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου από τις 23:00 μέχρι τις 06:00.

Rooms are modest not small but no spacious either but it all there are useable no faults in room good TV and up to date tech. Lovely breakfast amazing linguist staff would definitely recommend

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen, nur sehr geräuschempfindlich sollte man nicht sein, da man den Verkehr hört, ist aber verkraftbar.

Hôtel propre et bien situé.
Le buffet du petit déjeuné n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Les chambres situées sur la grande rue sont un peu bruyantes.
Pour un prix identique, le Boscolo est bien mieux.
