Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Betten ganz gut und privat

Man ist in ca 20 Minuten zu Füß in der Innenstadt. Personal war ser zuvorkommend. Garage war ein Albtraum. Sehr sehr klein, am besten erstmal anschauen, bevor man reinfährt. Würden uns nächstes mal wieder für das Hotel entscheiden, aber ohne Auto

3 noci - 3700, bez TV, pokoj ušmudlaný, 1 ručník jak pro dítě, pokoj 20 ošklivý malý až dost depresivní, ráno uřvané uklízečky, všude mravenci - což doufám že to byli, jedním slovem fuj.

Loved the atmosphere here, it is a great location to stay durring vacatin in Praga. You have access to transportation, the main train station is within walk distance and great food restaurants nearby.
Although the staff makes great effort in keeping the place in shape, the actual interior walls of the rooms are a bit thin and as a result you hear a lot of noise coming from the nearby guests.
This wasn't necessary a bad experience as the location is quite.
All in all, for the price range, experience with the staff and the breakfast, I rate it 5/5 stars.

The location is very convenient, the staff is super friendly and you have plenty of options for food and drinks nearby, but also their breakfast was ok, it's worth a try.

Hotel na skvělém místě. Absolutní klid na spaní. Doporučuji

Location is good and close to the bus station. However 100 euro for two night in a single room where fridge sounds and you can hear people talk just outside you room window. I give the hotel three stars only because of good service!

저는 분명히 economy quadruple room을 예약했는데 dormitory room을 주네요. 그러고는 아고다 탓하면서 자기들은 잘못없다 나몰라라 하네요. 침대 딸린 작은방 추가금 내고 쓰던지, 그냥 도미토리 쳐박혀서 자든지, 알아서 아고다에 문의해서 환불받든지 알아서 하라네요.
막상 추가금 내고 방에 와보니 벽에 껌이 붙어있고 냉장고 소음 엄청 심하게 나요.
호텔 측의 무책임한 태도, 청소는 하긴 하는건지 의심되는 불결함, 앵무새같이 했던 말만 반복하는 리셉션을 경험하고 싶다면 환영합니다. 이 곳이에요.

I'm sure I booked an economy quadruple room, but they give me a storm room. After that, they blame Agoda, but they say there is no fault. They say they don't know. It's up to you whether you pay an additional fee for a small room with a bed, just sleep in a dormitory, or ask Agoda to get a refund.
When I came to the room after paying an extra fee, there was gum on the wall and the refrigerator made a lot of noise.
If you want to experience the hotel's irresponsible attitude, the questionable impurity of cleaning, and the reception of parrot-like comments, you're welcome. This is the place.

Dobrý hotel, hezký pokoj, přívětivá cena, jen nutnost se s obsluhou domluvit anglicky.

Unreliable and inflexible... couldn't reschedule online my friends booking .. went in person after long discussion agreed... Only to find out on arrival date that they didn't want to hold the agreement

Inflexible and unreliable regarding changes to booking and upon double checking before arrival .. doesn't remember the personally on site (!) Agreed change ... There are plenty of better options in the neighborhood

Комната очень маленькая, но есть всё необходимое, нет телевизора, возможно, для кого-то это важно. Не понравилось полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, но, к сожалению, это проблема многих отелей. В целом, проживанием остались довольны, рядом много магазинов, кафе, исторических памятников, шикарная смотровая площадка

I stayed here while visiting Prague. It’s 25 minutes walking distance from the nearest station so convenience wise not so great. They are very disorganized. Unfortunately none of the cafe nearby open until 9am, so if you have an early train to catch, don’t count on grabbing breakfast here as both days we stayed here they said they’re short staffed and there’s no breakfast or the cook is sick. My room had a separate room for toilet with no sink to wash hand and a separate room to shower and wash hands. So essentially you had to use the toilet then walk over to the other bathroom to wash your hand. Which was odd. I stayed here in October and there’s no heat so it was super cold at night.

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, man kommt schnell in die Altstadt oder zum Bahnhof. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und unser Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Schlafen fast unmöglich, sobald jemand das Treppenhaus benutzt, die Tür schließt oder die Dusche benutzt vibriert das ganze Zimmer.

Ve vnitř jsem nikdy nebyla. Nemohu dát více informací.

Retro pokoje

Had the worst time ever here, first time visited Prague and stayed in this hotel. The room was okay but our toilet wasn’t working and we flagged this issue to one of the stuff before we left our room to explore Prague!! But when we arrived home at night and the problem wasn’t solved! Will not recommend.

Жахливий отель, номера з зірваними шторами, тюль сіра не по кольору, а через бруд. Жахливі лампи в абажурах з бахромою викликають єдине питання-коли їх прасували в останнє? Сморід з ванної кімнати це особливий треш. І особливо тішить прибирання номерів, чи краще сказати його відсутність. Типу прибрали, а рушники не замінили, попросили на ресепшн замінити, так наступного дня, нам на постіль просто поклали чисті рушники, навіть не забравши брудні і прибравши в кімнаті. Хоча базікання прибиральниць чути з самого ранку… Єдиний плюс зручне розташування і приємні адміністратори!

Ubytování bylo čisté,příjemné, každý den uklizeno, dostatek ručníků na pokoji, okolní ruch žádný. Personal byli cizinci, kteří neuměli česky ale byli velice příjemni a ochotni.Označení hotelu nebylo žádné, což je škoda a parkování opravdu složité, měli jsme kombi a měli jsme co dělat, při vjezdu i výjezdu jsme chytli spodkem auta.

Hotel Amadeus tak ako sme ho my zažili bol nakoniec veľkým sklamaním. Rezervovali sme si izbu s 1,5rocnym dieťaťom…izbu nám dali na 2.poschodi (hotel nemá výťah) a ide sa na poschodia jemne tocitymi schodami…čo nebola žiadna vyhra pre nosenie kočíka…v izbe nás na naše prekvapenie nečakala detská postielka ani žiadna pristelka…v izbe nebol ale ani televizor a ani klimatizácia ale stojaci ventilátor…po polnoci sa nám rozplakal syn, tak susedia od vedľa búchali na stenu od nervov…

Posledný deň nášho pobytu nešla tepla voda, čo napriek tomu že sme na recepcii riešili nejaké veci ohľadom odchodu nám recepčný ani nespomenul a zistili sme to teda až po príchode na izbu. Telefón na izbe nie je takze naspäť dole na recepciu, recepčný o vode samozrejme vedel, povedal že je to tak v celom dome a snáď to ráno prídu opraviť…ráno ešte nikto nič nevedel…voda nešla…telefonát s manažérkou hotela nevyriešil absolútne nič, neprislo žiadne nahradne riešenie ani nejaká pomoc v spolupráci s iným hotelom.

Celkovy pocit z hotela je asi taký, ako keď dáte hotel prvákom na strednej škole aby si vyskúšali aké je to riadiť hotel.
Poloha hotela je fantastická, garáž je priamo pri hoteli, ale skutočne len pre dobrých šoférov…

Welcome drink vám dajú for free…záleží kto je na recepcii, pivo vám nedajú, ale kávu áno…nakoniec ráno nám dali fľašky s čistou vodou…

Neviem kto je cielovka tohto hotela…ale teda rodiny s malými deťmi asi nie. Napriek tomu že sme v hoteli stravili minimum casu, nasranie z hotela asi ostane dlho…

Miła obsługa, ale z piw mieli tylko takie co to i w Polsce dostałem :)
