Niestety o gustach się nie mówi jak dla mnie byłam tam dwie noce i już nie będę. Sniadanie tragedia tylko kawa względna.

Definitely love this place. The room & toilet were very clean; the bed was very comfy and the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were just what we needed. The decorations were unique. The atmosphere was peaceful and very cosy. Very kind and friendly staff, especially Nafissa from Kazakhstan; she was super helpful not only during the sudden booking and check-in in the middle of the night but also throughout our stay. Definitely a great service from Nafissa. Very good location. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Prague in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.

Loved the Place, very beautiful. The hotel is small but has all imaginable amenities you need. It has a sauna, a delicious breakfest, great helpfull and friendly staff, good Location and clean and beautiful rooms. This was the perfect place to stay over when visiten Prag, the whole hotel Ambient reminds you of the golden City. It has a private parking for customers. The hotel is located near the Center so you can walk around 20min and be directly in the Center of Prag. Loved the hotel, I really recommend staying here, i has such a wonderfull time.

По отношению к гостям , это лучшее место в котором мы были. Полностью уходит ощущение что ты в отеле , такое радушное и очень дружелюбное отношение , как будто мы приехали к любящим родственникам! От души рекомендуем ! Кухня невероятная ! Все вкусно фантастически!

The General Old Town Prague hotel, where I stayed, won my heart. I absolutely loved my room, it was very spacious, clean and well equipped with an unreal Prague atmosphere. The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is located in the center of Prague, which was very important to me. I liked the breakfast, everything was tasty and at the highest level, there was a variety of dishes, which pleasantly surprised me. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely return to it again.

I am going to Prague not the first time but for the first time I was in hotel General and I want to say that it was perfect experience. I would like to tell that the staff was really nice, pleasant, I had some problems with my internet, and the guy on reception helped me without any problems. The atmosphere as well very cool, you can feel in one time old Prague style and coziness, cool breakfast with good variety of food. The room was pretty nice, all clean and very comfortable. For sure I will come back and I can recommen the hotel for 100%

I had a fantastic time at Hotel General. The staff were really friendly and made checking in a breeze. My room was super clean and had a great view.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast options. Breakfast was delicious.

But what I loved most was how helpful and nice everyone was. They made my stay really special by suggesting cool things to do nearby.

I'd definitely recommend staying at Hotel General for a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay. The benefits include several factors at once: price, accessibility, location and I also liked the polite and convenient service. The room itself was definitely cleaner than I expected, as well as a basic kit for various household needs. I advise everyone who wants to stay in Prague and enjoy it!

Чистый и уютный отель в центре Праги, отличное расположение ко всем достопримечательностям, удобная парковка, богатый выбор завтрака на шведском столе, вкусный кофе, бесплатная услуга доставки еды и напитков в номер. Персонал отзывчивый, все улыбчивые и клиентоориентированные, помогли составить туристический маршрут по Праге! Рекомендую????????????

Отдыхали в отеле Генерал, решили поделиться впечатлениями. Все очень понравилось. Сервис на высшем уровне, очень доброжелательный персонал, все очень милые и всегда готовы помочь! Территориально отель расположен очень удобно, добираться до разных точек в центре было максимально быстро и удобно, очень довольны своим пребыванием, обязательно вернемся снова! Спасибо!

Очень захотела написать слова благодарности персоналу отеля после своего прибывания. Уезжаю с улыбкой на лице и теплотой в душе, так как в отеле очень дружелюбная атмосфера, заботливый персонал. Прямо с порога нас удивили бесплатным напитком из бара, помогли с вещами и ответили на все вопросы. Также в любое время суток можно было позвонить на ресепшен и задать вопросы или попросить помощи. Завтрак у нас был включён, поэтому на утро мы спустились в ресторан и насладились вкусным и невероятно красивым завтраком (в формате шведского стола). В отеле нам посоветовали различные экскурсии, что очень удобно, когда у вас нет запланированной программы. Мы не заморачивались организацией, оформлением от слова совсем. Ресепшионист всё делал за нас, а мы просто отдыхали) вечером нам организовали трансфер прямо из отеля и мы поехали на чешскую шоу программу с полноценным ужином. Прага очень красивый город, поэтому уже запланировали следующую поездку и в отеле даже удалось сделать резервацию наперёд по выгодной цене. Вообщем, мы остались довольны условиями проживания и не хотим пробовать что-то другое. Спасибо, теперь у нас есть проверенное место, куда хочется возвращаться!

Efter att vi gjort vår bokning fick vi veta några regler för hotellet där de krävde en deposition på 200 euro. Tolu of Bastada nämns inte innan storleken är specificerad. Frukosten presenteras i mycket fina bilder, men när du kommer dit kan du bara se några bilder med en omelett eller curry för 9 euro. Detta är ett skämt, aldrig ett 5-stjärnigt hotell!
Vi fick checka ut innan den tiden vi betalade för och den var accepterad av personalen som var där den 8 sep en ung kille som sa att vi får kontakta booking.com.
Men hotellet vill inte ändra utcheckning och vill inte återbetala oss heller.
De var arga för vi gav en dålig recentiorn.
