Nice location and friendly staffs.

Nádherný hotel len na skok od Václavského námestia...

Naprostá spokojenost, úžasný a vstřícný personál. Krásné pokoje. Výborná snídaně. Rádi se zase vrátíme. Moc doporučuji a děkuji.

Bisschen old school, Personal spricht sehr mäßig english. Frühstück recht gut, Zimmer geräumig, schönes Bad. Lage super.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels for customer service I have ever experienced on a city break. Nothing was too much for them, everyone was super friendly and the hotel was spotless! The breakfast selection was amazing. I have zero faults with this hotel and the staff who work here. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Thank you for making our stay so special. Petr F on reception was especially helpful and friendly.

In general, the service is not that pleasant including the reception and the staff who help with luggage storage.
You won’t feel welcome in this 5 star hotel which is indeed disappointed, especially when you were in a on-line meeting but still didn’t forget to call reception asking for max 30 min. extension of the checkout, but the answer is ‘No!’
I won’t judge since it is the hotel policy but you know the feeling.
However the food in the restaurant are quite ok, and the staff there are professional.
Anyway, won’t come again and actually quite a lot good options in Prague.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location, we'll absolutely consider choosing this hotel if visiting Prague again.

Хороший отель, вежливый персонал, в номерах чисто и они прикольные. Находится в центре, все близко. Хороший завтрак.

Comfort 5 stars hotel in the center of Prague. I have spent some nights at their hotel and everything went well. I recommend taking the breakfast option, they have got quite a big choice of food and drinks available (picture of what the breakfast looks like), moreover the personnel is very friendly and welcoming.

We recommend this hotel to stay in Prague.

We stayed at the Palace Hotel for a 4 night trip in January 2024. As we have stayed there already a couple of times in the past and were always enjoying our stay, this was again our choice. We booked a deluxe room directly via the hotel's website in order to benefit from the free upgrade to an executive room, which was always a nice thing in the past.

Upon arrival we were shown into a room on the 6th floor right next to the elevator. This was small and smelled like not being used for quite some time - and it was definitely not an executive room. We returned to the reception and asked for a different room. We were then shown another room on the 6th floor, also quite small but with a nice view onto the castle in the background.
We noticed that the Nespresso coffee machine was missing and raised that to the reception on the next day. The lady present said, since this is not an executive room there is no coffee machine. After checking our booking she corrected herself and said yes, this is an executive room and she will arrange for a coffee machine. The machine arrived during the day - but no capsules. Also on the next morning no capsules were provided and we got a bit annoyed and actually started measuring the room (thanks to an iPhone): ca. 27 m2. So back to the reception and this time they confirmed that the room is indeed no executive room. We mentioned our free upgrade to an executive room and they claimed this is not a guaranteed upgrade. When we told them that this fact was not mentioned in any of the documentation we got with the reservation, they were starting to be really impolite and said that it also doesn't mentioned that is it guaranteed and didn't really care about our complain. Our request to talk to the management was ignored.

While it can always happen that a given category is not available, it is definitely a no-go to lie to your customers in such arrogant and obvious way. If they would have apologised right from the beginning and offered a small compensation (dinner?) this issue could have been solved right away. Instead it dragged on and impacted our trip.

Do not lie repeatedly to your customers! We will never return to this hotel!

We arrived after midnight and slept until noon, only interrupted by a visit for breakfast. And then lunch. This hotel has become excellent. Lovely people and a truly pleasant atmosphere

Výborná poloha, personál vstřícný a profesionální,pokoj zcela splnil naše očekávání, žádný hluk z ulice, čaj a káva k dispozici, u snídaně dobrý výběr. Neparkovali jsme sice v garáži, ale místo bylo hotelem zabezpečené. I když jsme rezervovali přes Slevomat, nemůžu říci, že bychom to na přístupu hotelu nějak pociťovali (někdo tu v recenzi uváděl opačnou zkušenost).

Everything about the hotel was done just right! Lovely, clean room, staff were so friendly and the breakfast is a buffet so you can get fuelled up for your day ahead. Fantastic location close to the main square and all tram stops.

In all honesty I think this is the only place i would stay in Prague from now on.

F frumos

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient mal isolées et nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois le matin par les femmes de ménage qui parlaient au téléphone très fort devant notre porte. Nous avons signalé ce problème plusieurs fois à la réception mais sans constater aucune amélioration puisque l’incident se renouvelait le lendemain. Nous avons eu l’impression que la direction de l’hôtel ne prenait pas en compte nos observations. En ce qui me concerne, je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel qui n’est pas du tout un palace mais plutôt l’équivalent d’un 2 étoiles. De plus, il pratique des prix prohibitifs, notamment en facturant une bouteille d’eau pour un tarif de cinq euros ce qui est totalement abusé. Je ne parle pas des tarifs exorbitants du minibar, qu’il ne faut surtout pas utiliser sous peine de vous ruiner. Nous n’avons pas non plus aimé la façon dont nous étions traités le matin au petit déjeuner. En effet, vous ne pouvez pas vous asseoir où vous le souhaitez mais on vient vous chercher dès que vous sortez de l’ascenseur, et l’on vous place comme si vous étiez un petit enfant. Par ailleurs, dès que vous vous levez de votre table pour aller chercher quelque chose à manger au buffet des serveurs trop zélés en profitent pour enlever votre assiette à peine vide. Le petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel est une expérience stressante car vous ne pouvez pas manger tranquillement. Nous étions sans arrêt dérangés par le personnel qui venait nous interrompre dans notre conversation pour enlever notre assiette, nos couverts etc. C’est la première fois de ma vie, que je subis de tels désagréments au moment du petit déjeuner qui est le moment le plus important pour bien démarrer la journée. Au « Art Nouveau Palace Hôtel » le concept de déjeuner tranquille n’existe pas, je vous aurai prévenu. Bref je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous envisagez de passer des vacances agréables à Prague.

Hotel très élégant à prix très abordable. Nous avons eu une suite de 50m2 pour une bonne centaine d'euros la nuit, petit dej gargantuesque et délicieux inclus! Nous avions pris une formule avec mini bar en illimité aussi, mais là ils ont essayé de nous faire payer les quelques bricoles que nous avions consommé (nous avions à peine profité de l'illimité...), mais le souci a vite été résolu.
Salle de bains canon (il y a même la tele mais une fois allongé dans le bain, on ne voit plus rien sur l'écran... dommage), lit IMMENSE (genre 2,50 de large et 2,20 de long, jamais vu ça!), WC séparés, beaucoup d'espace, rangements etc. Par contre mauvaise insonorisation avec la suite voisine, plomberie salle de bains bruyante elle aussi, dommage aussi...
Tres bien placé pour visiter la ville!
