This is an excellent address of the international group, located a stone's throw from the old town and the Municipal House. Extensive renovations have been undertaken in recent years: most of the rooms, the lounge, the café and the restaurant offer a sober and visually successful welcome. The whole is very elegant. In addition, the service is of a very high standard, the facilities are up to scratch and the breakfast is excellent. Of note is the opening of the very good restaurant The Artisan, led by chef David Rejhon. Nothing to complain about!

Skúsenosti mám hlavne z personálom,,,pán ktorý pracoval 6.4.2024 na recepcii pochádza z Ukrajiny,,,,mali sme byť ubytovaný v Hoteli Hilton,,hneď oproti ,rezervované sme mali od piatku za cenu nižšiu v sobotu nás napočítali o niekoľko tisíc viac ,,, dôvod??? Posledné izby voľné a chceli viac zarobiť,,,myslím že veľmi nekorektné,,,,keďže sme hľadali hotel z bazénom pre detí,,,išli sme hneď oproti a to bol hotel v ktorý zamestnáva úžasného človeka z veľkým ❤️,,,,to bolo naše šťastie že sme ho spoznali,,, Pán bol veľmi milí a ochotný,,, snažil sa nám pomôcť a obvolal viac hotelov aby splnil to čo sme hľadali,,,nakoniec sme sa ubytovali v hoteli king pár metrov a ubytovanie chválim na jednotku ????,,,,, Všetko bolo Top,,, pánovi z hotela Merkury ďakujeme za všetko ❤️❤️,,verím že sa ešte stretneme a budeme aj mi ústretový,, najkrajšii zážitok v dnešnej dobe❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,,, určite prídeme vyskúšať služby v tomto Hoteli ????????????❤️❤️❤️????????????

The reception upon our arrival at the Marriott Prague was extremely disappointing. The lady named Iriyna seemed very unfriendly and appeared annoyed by our presence. There was no warm welcome, no thank you for our loyalty as Gold Bonvoy members, and she even had headphones on while checking us in. Her behavior left much to be desired and would surely have failed a Brand Audit! However, we would like to emphasize that the location of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities met our expectations. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service at the bar, especially by Lucia, who made our stay very pleasant with her professional and warm demeanor."
