Positivo: Habitación espaciosa y limpia. Cama cómoda, aunque las almohadas son finas. Buena atención y desayuno correcto. Muy céntrico.

Negativo: se escucha el baño de arriba y los pasillos (mi habitación estaba en frente del ascensor). El ventanal (primer piso) daba al comedor y me pueden ver si tengo la luz encendida. Además, es muy incómodo abrir las cortinas por la mañana y tener a todo el mundo desayunando (desde dentro se ve perfectamente). No hay secador ni jabón de manos (uso el de ducha). Hay bañera y la alcachofa no se puede colgar, por lo que es incómodo.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, ζεστό με πολύ καλό πρωινό!!! Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια ύπνου τέλεια!!! Ο χώρος του πρωινού με τη γυάλινη οροφή τέλειος!!!

The service was ok, but the photos online definitely increase the expectations.
The location was a nice walk to the old town square and metro.

The hotel has poor maintenance and felt very disappointed for the room we had. Wallpaper was falling down, marks across the walls, and a broken window lock. The room was smaller than advertised as we had a sloping roof that meant you couldn't stand up straight in half of the bedroom.
There were a number of other properties in the city for a similar price and we instantly regretted our choice.
We provided feedback during the stay but the staff were probably not empowered to action.

Went on 2nd to 5 jan. Cold room, temperature control doesnt work, fade,cheap floor material,worn bed, worst view into back of hotel, never come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel dal 16 al 19 dicembre in una camera superior. Francamente la stanza era molto piccola. Ma la mia opinione negativa dipende dal comportamento del personale dell'hotel. Dovevamo infatti venire con una coppia di amici che purtroppo non sono venuti a causa della morte improvvisa del padre di uno di loro. I miei amici hanno inviato una disdetta via email due giorni prima dell'arrivo previsto richiedendo almeno un cambio di data (era possibile avere il rimborso del totale pagato fino a tre giorni prima dell'arrivo). Nonostante le mie segnalazioni alla reception e diverse email inviate, non hanno ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sarebbe bastato rispondere con gentilezza anche con una risposta negativa. Inoltre, al mio arrivo in Italia mi sono accorto di aver dimenticato alcuni occhiali da vista per miopia in albergo e ho inviato una mail alla quale hanno risposto che non avevano trovato nessun occhiale da sole: a dimostrazione che non leggono le mail ricevute o se leggono , non sono affatto attenti. Il loro comportamento dimostra mancanza di umanità ma soprattutto mancanza di attenzione al cliente.

Администратор Игорь Охман просто прекрасный человек, помог донести сумки, подсказал где можно поесть вкусный хумус и как пройти на вокзал. Сервис 10/10, буду советовать детям и своему соседу дивному болгару.

Hotel situado na Cidade Antiga, acessível a pé a todos os pontos de interesse.
Confortável e com bom ambiente serve um bom pequeno almoço, com razoável variedade.
Staff simpático e atencioso, embora com algumas falhas como foi o caso de terem sido incluídos consumos na minha conta não efetuados por mim, situação rapidamente resolvida.
Quanto ao restante voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in Prag. Kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Parkplätze problemlos. Besonders: Glutenfreies Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch bereitgestellt - vielen Dank!

Location perfect to walk around the center and more.
Room was very small, cleaning was not good (black hair in the bathroom floor, stain in the blanket and also in the towels).
Single blankets in the double bed and when I ask for double blankets nothing happened.
Friendly staff but with lack of experience.
