Everything is at high level. Comfortable and clean room and hotel itself. I was offered to upgrade the room at no cost. That was a nice surprise for my weekend trip. Delicious breakfast. The place is close to city center

Hotel Aria in Prague is a beautiful hotel comfortably located in the Mala Strana district. It’s very close to many attractions including the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, just for starters. Breakfast was delicious and the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever eaten! Would definitely stay here again.

Ein unscheinbares aber bemerkenswertes Hotel mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung und einem hervorragenden Service. Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das 5 Sterne Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders erwähnenswert der eigene Eingang in der Barockgarten an der Rückseite.

Boli sme v Hoteli Aria len na raňajkách. Veľmi príjemne nás prekvapilo, aká milá, ochotná a pozorná bola obsluha, nehovoriac o chutnom raňajkovom menu na spôsob švédskych stolov a príjemného prostredia.

Great location, love the big, spacious bathroom and the scents (this is important to me!!!), they have complete room amenities (though some rooms do not have a coffee/tea maker). The big advantage of this hotel vs. Mandarin Oriental (where we usually stay) is that this has quick access to restaurants and cafes — all within its vicinity.

너무 완벽한 호텔입니다.
방도 깨끗하고 넓고 색상도 이쁘게 잘매치해놨어요
화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고 이쁩니다.
이호텔은 정원이 정말 끝내줍니다.
조식도 맛있어요!
겉으로봤을땐 그냥그런데 안에 들어오는순간 모든게 만족스러워지는 호텔입니다
주변사람들에게 충분히 소개시켜줄만한 좋은 호텔입니다

Reception kompetent und sehr freundlich!
Zimmer verfügt nur über Badewanne (Dusche). Keine Kaffemaschine. Abendservice wird vor 1800 h gemacht (alles verdunkelt)

Frühstück minimal. Spiegeleier vom Buffet etc. (das war früher besser!!)
Die schöne Dachterrasse ist tagsüber auch für Hotelgäste geschlossen
Fazit: wir buchen dieses Hotel nicht mehr. Schade eigentlich

Zu teures Hotel mit schlechtem Service. Wollten heute auf der oberen Terrasse einen Drink nehmen vor dem Abendessen als Hotelgäste.

Der Kellner teilte uns mit, dass man alles vorbereiten müsse für das Abendessen und darum die Terrasse geschlossen sei.

Dieser Service ist einem 5 Stern Hotel unwürdig. Hier fehlt es an Führung durch den Chef!

Allgemein fehlt am Frühstück eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Badewanne ist auch keine Dusche, etc. etc.

Vysoká kvalita služieb, profesionalita, ústretovosť, empatický prístup personálu, krásne prostredie, izby sú luxusné s vybavením pre komfort a pohodlie zákazníka. Veľkým benefitom je terasa hotela, kde je prekrásny výhľad na Prahu s vynikajúcou obsluhou. Z našej strany zákazníka, sme boli nadmieru spokojné. Veľmi sme si to užili, určite odporúčam pobyt v hotely všetkým, ktorí zvažujú návštevu Prahy. Veľká vďaka majiteľovi hotela, ktorý sa stará a zaujíma o pohodlie, potreby a komfort zákazníkov.
