Wir haben 5 schöne Tage dort verbracht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir benötigten einen Rausfallschutz und einen Tritt für das Badezimmer für unser Kind (3J) und haben das sofort vom Hotel erhalten. Gut zu wissen ist, dass wir auch dort Geld wechseln konnten. Bitte bloß nicht an der Autobahn, diese haben einen ganz miesen Kurs. Das Hotel hatte auch sofort einen Busplan wie auch einen Plan für die Metro bereit gehabt, so das wir unser Auto stehen lassen konnten und so die Innenstadt in Prag erkunden konnten. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Parkgebühren die täglich mit 12,-€ angefallen sind. Aber sonst waren wir super zufrieden mit der Hotelanlage. Halbpension und es gab eine gute Auswahl, auch für Kinder. Der Aquaplace war auch sehr schön und größer als gedacht. Innen gab es auch die Möglichkeit sich etwas zu trinken und zu essen zu holen. Ob über Automaten oder Restaurant, wo war für alle etwas dabei. Ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit innerhalb der Wasseranlagen wäre wünschenswert gewesen aber dennoch rundum zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Jezdíme opakovaně a vždy včetně noclehu na několik dní, protože jeden je opravdu málo.????

Ubytování perfektní,každý den čisté,pokuď si budete přát.Servis je velmi slušný.
Za nás netřeba jsme celý den namočeni ve vodě.????????‍♂️

Snídaně 7:00-10:00 vydatné a velmi bohaté.????????
Paní s melíry při vchodu na snídani, velmi úsměvná a ochotná. ????

Na utulných pokojích kávovar na kapsle,televize + rozkládací křeslo
Pohodlná velká postel skoro pro tři lidi.????Lze řešit donášku dobrého jídla, až na pokoj.

Koupelna je včetně vany, což je supér pro malé děti.

Pokoje mají kvalitní klimatizaci.☺️

Výtahy do podlaží jsou zabezpečeny pro vstup cizích osob kartou.

Na recepci při přijezdu velmi slušná a ochotná obsluha, ještě později doplním o koho se jednalo.????

Během roku jsme byli 2x a zvažujeme další pobyt a návštěvu. ????

Terrible e-car charging service.
All 6 e-car parking slots occupied by fuel cars, staff on reception doesn’t care about it because “it is not our cars, it is other guests!”
Considering the car plates it seems that Germans follows rules only in Germany.
I would not recommend this hotel if you travel with e-car and want to charge it over night in the hotel.

Hezký a docela předražený hotel. Překvapilo mě, že na konferenci se hotel nezasnažil víc - oběd byl výborný, ale coffee breaky docela průměrné.
