We like everything, location, rooms, staff, service and of course breakfast with Prosecco. Thank you very much to you all for being and keep delivering the best memories and customer care.
Hned při vstupu nás milé přivítali na recepci. Moc milý a profesionální přístup.
Jako velké překvapení nám bylo sděleno že nám byl přidělen největší pokoj.
Celý hotel působí milé a luxusně.
Pokoj byl překrásný, nádherně zařízený prostě dokonalý! Terasa jako bonus s krásným výhledem.
V ceně ubytování jsme meli možnost prohlídky Mostecké věže.
Dále bych chtěla vyzdvihnout místní restauraci, kde jsme měli možnost večeře a snídaně. Vše naprosto perfektní v čele s milým personálem.
Děkujeme za krásnou noc v tak nádherném hotelu a za skvělý a profesionální přístup nejen na recepci hotelu ale i v restauraci.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - situated in the heart of the city just by Charles Bridge, I was able to easily access all of the popular attractions, sights and restaurants. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere was a huge plus for us.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Not only were they always ready to assist with any requests or questions, but they did so with genuine smiles and a positive attitude. It was clear that they truly cared about their guests' satisfaction and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.
My only negative about the hotel was the size of the plates at breakfast time - they are far too small and you can barely fit your breakfast on them! There isn't enough seating at breakfast time either - I feel this needs to be addressed.
Overall however, my stay at Hotel Pod Vezi was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience at a very reasonable cost.
Pre-stay communication was excellent. Staff were very helpful, arranging cars to and from the airport, and a walking tour with Michal, who was excellent - knowledgeable and keeping us away from the overpriced shops and weed shops aimed at the undiscriminating tourist. They also steered us to ATMs without massive commission charges.
The hotel is situated by the tower at the end of the Charles Bridge (the hotel name means 'under the tower) Breakfast had a good range of foodstuffs and was pleasant. Price was very reasonable.
All in all a lucky choice - don't think we could have done better.

Buonissima la colazione e la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale dell'albergo, sia dal personale di sala, che in primis dalla reception.
Fenomenale la pulizia impeccabile delle camere.
