Documentary film festival focusing on the theme of human rights and Central and Eastern Europe.
The Prague Documentary Film Festival, created in 1992 by war correspondent journalists, is held every year in the prestigious setting of the Lucerna or Světozor cinemas. The films presented address the themes of human rights or access to culture and education. All screenings are in English or with English subtitles in order to make them accessible to the greatest number of people. A very beautiful documentary festival oriented towards solidarity, whose excellence has earned it recognition from Unesco.
