As for radio, a law on private radio stations was passed in 1992, freeing, as in France a few years earlier, the FM band, which resulted in a massive arrival of private stations. The most popular stations are Europe 2, Frekvence 1, Radio City, Kiss... In Prague you can also listen to the BBC, RFI and Voice of America on FM.
