CHURCH OF SAINT MATTHEW (KOSTEL SVATÉHO MATĚJE)

This church is just one of Prague's many Baroque buildings, but during Advent the queue outside the door is often endless. For years, an elderly lady has been making an extraordinary gingerbread nativity scene, which is displayed here. Once inside, you can't help but admire her painstaking work and patience, and the smell in the nave makes you want to devour the whole thing!
