LUIGI POMATA
Luigi Pomata has made his gastronomic restaurant the equivalent of a star in France. Coming from a large family of restaurateurs and hoteliers, he has been able to preserve the tradition by honouring tuna in all its cooking. After having travelled through many countries and as many culinary experiences, the recipe of this beautiful place with its large terrace is a delicate cuisine, exceptional products from all over the island and elegant dressings. The chef doesn't stop there and has created the more accessible Pomata Bistrot and the NEXT lounge bar.

Although (only) slight feedback point would be that the Sommelier could be less aloof, and be a bit more inquisitive about what we had chosen food wise, and chatted about his favourites etc.
Le plat composé de turbot à 28 euros = vraiment rien à manger dans l’assiette c’est extrêmement insultant, et le poisson n’est pas spécialement bon et sans saveur.
Lorsque nous payons en espèce, il faut réclamer sa monnaie sinon ils ne la rendent pas…. La taxe de 5e de service dans l’addition ne suffit pas ?
Bref nous allons prendre un dessert ailleurs et ne reviendrons jamais.

Anyways I’d come back anytime for a relaxed dinner to try the tasting menu!
